1. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

ArtNest is a family-friendly creative app suitable for users of all ages. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13. No account creation or personal profile is required to use the app.

2. Information Collection and Use

• Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data.
• Device Permissions: The app may request access to your device's Gallery/Photos. This permission is used only to allow the user to save their completed coloring pages locally on the device. We do not access your private photos, and no images are transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.
• Notifications: The app may request permission to send notifications. These are used only to send friendly reminders encouraging the user to return and continue their coloring activity. No personal data is collected through notifications, and this permission can be revoked at any time from your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To support the development of ArtNest, we use third-party services that may collect non-personal technical data:

• Google AdMob: We show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob is configured in child-directed mode (TagForChildDirectedTreatment enabled), which disables personalized ads and limits data collection to the minimum required to serve age-appropriate advertisements, in full compliance with Google Play's Families Policy, Apple App Store Guidelines, and COPPA.
• In-App Purchases (IAP): We offer a one-time purchase to remove ads. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We do not see or store your credit card or financial information.

4. Parental Gate

To ensure safety, all external links (such as "Rate Us" or "Privacy Policy") and In-App Purchase buttons are protected by a Parental Gate (e.g., a math problem or age verification) to prevent accidental clicks.

5. Data Security & Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of your personal identity being compromised through the app. Any technical identifiers used by our third-party partners are retained only as long as necessary to provide ad services and basic analytics. No personal data is stored on our servers.

6. Data Deletion

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no user data to delete. Any locally saved coloring progress is stored only on the user's device and can be deleted by clearing app data.
